CENTRAL ILLINOIS JUDICIAL MEDIATION, LLC

Central Illinois Judicial Mediation rate is $570 per hour.

 

Travel time is $285 per hour, plus $0.75 per mile for automobile or actual costs for rail or air travel for mediations held outside of Springfield, Illinois.

Judge Cudmore will also expense any hotel and/or conference room fees required for the mediation.

 

No retainer is required.

 

Invoices will be sent after the mediation and the total mediation fee will be split equally between the parties absent an agreement to the contrary. Payment is due within 30 days of billing. Any late/unpaid invoices will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

 

If a mediation is cancelled, Judge Cudmore may bill each party a cancellation charge to cover any preparation time or other expenses.
